Here’s our process when it comes to our Investments
During this initial stage, we will discuss your investment needs and confirm that they align with Croning Groups investment strategy. We aim to minimise risk by investing in high demand areas. We do this through continuous monitoring of different markets (Suburbs).
Croning Group Projects are about building wealth together. Our strategy is to buy land, develop and build all in-house. At completion of a project, we will reassess the market conditions and depending on your needs we will then review your exit strategy and guide you accordingly.
Should you decide to move forward with us we will need to confirm your financial situation. This will mean determining your borrowing limit to capital injection ratio. Once this is confirmed we can begin to show you potential projects and the ROI (Return on Investment) and ROC (Return on Cash Investment).
Once all the finer details are confirmed, we can begin the pre-construction phase. When an appropriate site is acquired, Croning Group will then manage all pre-construction works and planning, the construction of the project and then complete sub-division works where required.
At construction completion and depending on your requirements at that time, we will assess the market and advise accordingly.
The construction approval will be arranged upon signing of the building contract. With contracts signed, warranty insurance issued and a construction approval received, your home will be scheduled for a start date; generally within 2 – 4 weeks of contract signing.
