He is a loyal family man with a strong passion for building. Happily married and together with the real boss, his wife Sindy, they have built their family to five over the last six years.”

Roy has over 30 years’ experience in the property industry, dealing with construction and property investment across Sydney and the Central Coast. He brings hands on construction and design experience with many local councils.
He has a strong relationship with our Private Certifier which allows for a quick turn around on concept designs when looking for investments. Roy helps in bringing you the best possible design for our clients home or investments. Roy’s home maintenance proficiency over his 30 years gives us a second pair of eyes over Croning Groups projects to ensure we exceed and deliver when it comes to quality finishes.

Sindy’s background in property services spans over 15 years. This includes Facility Management, Contracts Management and Strata Management. Her professionalism in customer relations including contractor and client liaison assists in providing administrative support throughout the business, overseeing all accounts, invoices, and scheduling.
Sindy’s fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin assist with our international customer relations.
At Croning Group we deliver quality custom homes and developments whilst also giving back at the same time. We support the Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation Australia, through our ‘giving back program’. As part of this program, we donate $500 from every contract signing in support of the foundation.
